Girls Night

Tonight we're at the movies watching the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2. This is my first movie in a LONG time. I am excited because it is a girls night and it is me, mom, becca, tori, rosie, jessie, mauriza, and lisa.
It is fun sitting here in the theater before the movie starts hearing the whole room full of chatter b/c the whole thing is filled with girls!!! There are only 2 boys one REALLY sweet boyfriend and the guy cleaning up the trash.
How cool is it seeing groups of girlfriends coming in and filling row after row!!

I'll let you know how I like it.

Last Sunday we went up to Helen, GA and went tubing down the Chattahoochee River.  We always use the same company for the last 10+ years we’ve gone, the Cool River Tubing Company.  They have a great facility and a great operation.  We had a blast floating down the river the temperature was really hot so that helped balance the really COLD water.  It was Jack’s first time going tubing and he did really really great!  He didn’t want to be in his own tube so he sat in my lap the whole time which was lots of fun getting to cuddle and float down the river.  It was his nap time when we got in the water so he did sleep about 1/2 the way.  Then he woke up just in time to go down the “wattyfall” (waterfall) as he says it.  The biggest little ripple in the river right in the middle of mainstreet helen.  We took pictures on the water proof digital cameras (I have to get photo developed and will post).

The whole family plus 3 friends went up it was FANTASTIC! Here is a picture of our whole group:

And here is a slide show of all the pictures I have so far.  We bought a CD with photos that the tubing company takes right at the end so that is how I have pictures of us on the river already. Enjoy the slide show:

Okay so I stink!  I didn’t take any pictures of Adobe or anything on the trip just on the photo walk. So here you go a slide show of my photo walk pictures.  I learned sooo much from DSP designer Kim Liddiard and am so thankful for her help.  I did forget a bunch of stuff so I’ll have to ask for a refresher or look for a book but I’m way ahead of where I was.  I will try and snag some pictures from other croppers and get them up here.
