My cousin Tina, you've seen me mention her a few times. each week is so faithful to plan her weekly menus. She participates with a site orgjunkie.com and their Menu Plan Monday blog prompt. I thought I might try things out. I'm not participating at the site but, dh and I have been really trying to eat at home more and plan our menus. I always run it to the issue of how many ways can you have chicken?? Blah! We used to rely on our grill to spice up our weekly menu but our grill has been out of commission for almost 1 year...
